Right of Withdrawal – Scandinavian Royalty

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, according to consumer protection regulations. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within 14 days after receiving the product. You can contact us at: contact.norwegianroyalty@gmail.com

Conditions for the right of withdrawal:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

• For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to used jewelry or accessories that have been worn.

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.

Returning items:
As a general rule, we do not require customers to return items for a refund unless we specifically request it.
If a return is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds:
Once your withdrawal request is approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used during checkout.

If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
